May 18, 2010 TX Panhandle Tornadoes

Classic panhandle setup with a dryline in the western counties, mid to upper 50 dews crashing against it, a decent nose of mid level shear coming in, and good upper level divergence. A supercell popped west of Channing and tracked ENE over Dumas and further east. We bailed on the storm after 2 tornadoes east of Dumas and flew west towards a storm blowing up NE of Dalhart where we saw 2 nighttime tornadoes northeast of Dalhart.
